Sub-processors
To provide the service, we use the providers listed below. They act as sub-processors of BotStorming Cloud S.L., under contracts that impose on them data protection obligations equivalent to those BotStorming assumes towards its customers.
Call data is stored and processed in the European Union.

|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Server hosting | EU |
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure | EU |
| OVHcloud | Cloud infrastructure | EU |
| Microsoft | Language models | EU |

| Optional global model | Outside the EEA |
- Global models are used only for agent configuration features or when you expressly select them. The platform warns you before the data may leave the European Union. Transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Sub-processors may, exceptionally, access the data from outside the European Union to provide technical support or to ensure the security of their service. Such access is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another valid mechanism under the GDPR.
Changes to the list
We report on this page any addition or replacement of a sub-processor. If you are a BotStorming customer and wish to object on reasoned data protection grounds, write to us at contact@botstorming.com. We will look for an alternative in good faith and, if there is none, you may terminate the contract with respect to the affected function or service, without penalty.
